EVFlower International offers a fast, efficient, and reliable delivery service to the customers. A confirmation call will be issued upon receipt of the purchase order from the customers. The delivery details are as follows:

Multiple Order
Different gifts may have different delivery time. When you order the gifts with different delivery time, you can receive them all accordingly to the longest lead time among the gifts. (If you order a cake with 1 day lead time and a gift hamper with 3 days lead time, then you can receive both the cake and hamper after 3 days.)

Still, final delivery time will be advised by our staff to maintain the exquisite quality of EVFlower Gifts.

Variation / Cancellation of Order

Orders once accepted by EVFlower Gifts will not be subject to cancellation. Any failure of delivery due to sender's incorrect information on any of delivery details, EVFlower Gifts will not accept any refund request. If there are any changes on delivery details, EVFlower Gifts will accept unless the products have not been delivered.

Out of Stock
EVFlower International will make reasonable efforts to have the items you want in stock at all times. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you through email or phone about which items will vary by availability.
